- Barbecue - The “Bulgarian Village” Barbecue will delight the fans of traditional Bulgarian cuisine and delicious Rhodopean dishes with home made sarmi (chopped meat and rice wrapped in vine leaves), potato-dish, Smilyan beans cooked in a clay pot and more. Right in front of you the Chef will prepare for you a savoury cheverme (roasted lamb). The clients will be able to choose between home produced wine, plum brandy and a variety of brand drinks. The fascinating folklore program and unique Rhodopean music will add to the authentic atmosphere of the restaurant.
- Lobby bar - The lobby bar (70-80 seats) is the place where you can have your morning coffee, relax with an afternoon cup of tea or simply enjoy a glass of brand whisky after a pleasant ski-marathon down the ski-runs of the Pamporovo Complex.
